Strange? Dual Sword Enchanting

So dualswords have this weird description regarding their enchanting. You can read this description by clicking on any C+ grade dualsword or looking one up in the lineage2.com Weapons Library.

When a dualsword is enchanted along with a two-handed sword, a two-handed blunt weapon, and/or a fist-fighting weapon, its P. Atk will increase more than a one-handed sword enchanted with these weapons. When enchanted by 4 or more, its P. Atk will increase by 166 during a critical attack.

Ok, so I understand the second sentence -- the part about enchanting to +4 and receiving a special bonus. That's clear - it's how you get a SA on dualswords.

But what the heck does the first sentence mean? "When a dualsword is enchanted "ALONG WITH" ... what the heck is "enchanting along with" and how does one do it? Is this just a horribly botched translation or is this some aspect of dualsword enchanting that I don't know about?

botched translation

Yes.
It just means, that the effects are the same for those other weapons.
So your opinion is that the description should read:

When a dualsword, two-handed sword, two-handed blunt, or fist weapon is enchanted, its P. Atk will increase more than when a one-handed weapon is enchanted.
yes, they have very very poor translations for overenchanting and some SA's which will make people think an SA does something then they get it and it doesnt really do what it says.
I'm going to suggest that this is a text error that should be fixed in C5.
it wont be
no it's good along ->means in other words also (same go's)
they put it so weird sinds not all weapons gain the same amount of P.atk per scroll
