It's the story of a Dark Elf falling in love with a Sorceress. He is saved by the Sorceress while out hunting and wonders who she is, so he follows her around. His love crosses the boundary between Good and Evil (if you count Human/LE as Good and DE/Orc as Evil). But the Sorceress is actually in love with another human (looks like a Prophet). One day the Prophet is killed by the DE because he wants her love. She grieves and goes to visit the Evil camp - everyone evil makes fun of her but the DE is touched. The DE has a female DE who loves him, and she begins to feel jealous that his affections are elsewhere. So at the climax, there's a showdown between the Sorceress and the DE, with the Sorceress looking for revenge. The female DE wants to kill the Sorceress for taking her man, so she sends a summon to kill the Sorceress during the climax. As the Sorceress is getting ready for the final killing blow on the DE, the DE sacrifices his life by killing the female DE's summon and saving the Sorceress.
I think this is one of the best uses of L2 for machinima and storytelling - everything is clear (for me) through watching actions and reactions. The music enhances the story beautifully. This story crosses cultural boundaries, everything is visual so everyone should be able to understand it.
