Hi. Does anyone have a problem with login into their accounts online? I thought it was down yesterday cause it was sunday, but it doesn't work today either. The game works fine though, but I need to renew an account.
Can someone please try to login and let me know if it works. Thx!
Yes I was and thx for the help. I did that when the servers were down after I called and resetted the passwords. But suddenly on Sunday I couldn't login into the master account to renew subscriptions. I can login in the game though. And I know the passwords cause they were reset. what is going on . Thx again for login in.
This happened to a friend of mine as well, I'm not sure if he got it fixed or not yet, but he contacted support to hopefully fix it. I'll tell you what I told him. When this does get sorted out, it is very VERY important that you make your Master account password different than your Game login password. There is abolutely no reason you should have the same passwords for both, it is ridiculously unsecure.
