Of places long forgotten

A long time ago there used to be a tower crawling with aspiring hunters, The Cruma Tower.

Last night i brought my Young BH there, and it was empty as always lately.

I found out i can get a load of A bones there at lvl 40+ so i was wondering are there more of these forgotten gems?

Share them with the world !!

P.S. brought back some good memories as well.

Branded early room spoils CBP...Cruma does only A bone. It's still a nice place to get Plated Leather stuff and other valuable C grade mats or drops.

For the rest, since C3 with the catas. CT is just not good enough anymore.

I still like CT, Garden of Eva, Alligator Island, Wasteland, Abandoned Camp, Forest of Mirrors, Plains of the Lizardmen as alternative options to lvl up.
I went to cruma 2 days ago on my DA, it's upsetting really i remember all the carnage and pvp for rooms and just for the hell of it at times.

Feel sad cause im not afraid of the snipes anymore =/

CT needs too be revived.......
Yep. I remember my Lionna days all I had to do was walk down to the first intersection and there'd be dozens of people, several sell shops and party invites almost before I even got there. Lots of 9-man pickup parties. :( It's where I learned how to act in a large group.
I remember when Soda was a prime leveling spot. I used to party there every day, and overnight I used to sell extremely overpriced soulshots at the entrance (and I still sold out).

It's always a sad thing to see a game evolve beyond what you used to know.

In hindsight, dark days become fond memories.

For example I never would have thought that I would miss the days where I couldn't even fit my character into the DE item shop, as it was once so crowded it was filled to the brim during peak hours.
I remember when gludio was so packed that you had to walk around cuz of the lag time. and all the cool kids hung at started towns and if u traveled to giran you were a rich kid.

But we grew, earned adena and moved out, and now the lowely newbie that buys the game has sad and lonely days ahead of him...i would give it all back just to have packed servers...and only half of an armour set.
When a friend and I were bringing up our BH alts, we were really amazed at how dead CT was. But we quickly enjoyed the peace and quiet of it too - maybe picking up a couple peeps that strolled in for a small group...but generally just nice to hunt and farm some much needed bones for crafting without having to worry about fighting for a room or PvP - enuf of that happens on the mains! ;P
Yea, ever since the cats went in, the rest is all empty. Nothing else can match the XP/drop rates :(
There are many lost places I miss that I can no longer visit :/
The old C1 cruma tower was far superior in my opinion to the changes done in C2, I mean, AoE stun on a mob intended for sub 40 level parties? *sigh*
The C1 CT brought me a lot of fun and memories, while I did level an alt in C2 there I didnt enjoy it anywhere near as much.

I also miss those trips to 3 way in DVC back in C1, I know some crazy people (SRs) that would train all the DVC mobs right down to 3 way and force log there. I tried this once, lets just say it didnt go so well for me :P

I also miss that awesome room in 12f ToI back in C2 before they reduced the number of mobs to almost none. The binder room was also a challenge to get past, now it has like 3 mobs :/

Another gem from the past is the crater on IT, I remember back in prelude it used to be packed with nukers happly killing the defenseless golems.
I was very sad when they changed this to make the golems magic resistant, I understand the world was changing in C1 but really back then no one could afford SPS, let alone those fancy new BSPS of which we had only a handful for PvP or emergency only, so those golems were about the best thing a nuker had.
It's quite a shame CT is so dead now. They were fun days, those and the c2 toi.
Ah the days of Prelude we lurked around Forgotten Temple, that name being literal these days. Or fericly fighting our way to the Queen's Chamber in the Ants nest simply to get a glimps. During the days when very few clans could take her down. Ah memories.

How many people still hunt the Library below IT for level 40 book? Or they getting them somewhere else?
Hey now, I still grind FT while I'm in that range on alts.

As for the IT, quite a few of my clan still grinds it for books at their 40's.
