Focus and crit. dmg SA

Whats the differnce?

Focus makes you crit more
Crit dmg gives you +atk when you crit at I think 15% chance or something.

basically focus is the best physical damage sa in the game and crit damage is one of the worst, there you go

hence the reason no one has a chrystal dagger? cuz i need a Side arm weapon for HE so i was gnna trade in a +4 OPA but i get a CD. what SA should i get on it?

not really true. a class that crits a lot can benefit a lot from increasing crit damage. of course, even for those classes, they are better off getting a focus SA, i just mean that ++crit damage isnt useless.
edit: on topic. for the crystal dagger, your options are crit. bleed, ctrit. poison, and crit. damage. some things are bleed resist, some things are poison resist. though you will not encounter mobs of these types often, there arent any mobs that are damage resist. also, in PvP, poison and bleed can be cured, damage is damage.
edit: and a dark screamer+focus would probably do more damage.

no sa is completely useless but there are many that are a lot less useful like crit damage. Get a ds w/ focus

The problem with the crit. damage SA is that the extra patk on a crit is not multiplied by buffs or SS. This means that when spamming SS and having might+death wisper it is hard to tell if the crit. damage SA does anything.

if you are a dagger class (crits alot) or a sws a crit dmg weap might be worth it. all other classes focus is better.
