I just made Palus Knight and currently level 20. I have some questions regarding skills:
Ultimate Defense: Instantly increases P. Def. and M. Def. significantly. User must remain still while it takes effect. Effect 1.
Does this work while i am fighting or i to stand absolutely still? Someone please clear this for me
I did not to purchase:
"Sword Blunt Mastery": Increases P. Atk. when using a sword or blunt type weapon.
I figure this is for sword and blunt. Since i am using swords but dual so this is not helping... AM I RIGHT? or AM I WRONG?
As for "Shield Mastery", i do not get it since i am going to be a Blade Dancer. I will never going to touch the shield at all once i am 40. I am using dual right now at 20 so doesn't matter about 40. Does dual early is a good idea?

while using UD you can't move but you can still attack if you're in range of the mob and you can use skills like drain health if they move away.
sword blunt mastery i THINK effects duals but i am not sure. although at lvl 40 you can learn dual mastery. what you do, check your patk with the duals equipped. learn 1 lvl of sword blunt mastery and see if the patk changed.
shield mastery you don't need if you're going bd and won't carry a shield. duals are good cuz they are fast and strong but i would've stuck with a shield until i got dances imo.
sword/blunt mastery don't apply for dual swords at all, there is special kind of mastery, called "dualsword mastery" if u going bd, u'll get it after profession change.
If u going bd, u don't need shield mastery and sword/blunt mastery at all.
