I was trading with a spell book seller; a player walked past and then it said:
'you have been recommended by *player's name*'
in the chat window, what does that mean :p
It means he has evaluated you. It's a system by NCsoft in which people who have good manners and are good people can be recognized for their "goodness"
However, ti is grossly overused and exploited in which being blue doesn't really mean anything. I've seen the worst people on the servers with blue names.
It's a broken feature in the game really, kind of cool, but doesn't work as planned. It would be better if after you rec a person, you can't rec that person again until after 48 hours, or no character on the account can rec him after 48 hours.
