I was reading up on this on Stratics, but they dont explain much in detail? Can some one please shed some more light on this, according to my understanding the additional effects on B, A, and S grade armors only happen when you take your armor pieces to the blacksmith? I thought that as soon as you put on these Grade Armors the +effects take place right then and there? And last but not least, what exactly to they mean by unsealing?
Ok I'll explaining by using my BW robes/heavy. I have BW robes & heavy, when I'm in a party I usually wear my robes & when I'm soloing I use my heavy, so I have to switch between both sets like this. I have to go to the blacksmith & reseal my BW boots & gloves from robes to normal. Then I have to go to unseal my now normal BW gloves & boots to BW heavy, which the blacksmith gives those options between (robe,heavy,light) BW gloves & boots. You can not re-seal or un-seal any BG armour/gaiters/tunic. So I switch between the sets by re-sealing & un-sealing my gloves & boots. For AG I don't think you can do that for free, I think it costs AA & you have to go to see the blacksmith of mammon, I'm not sure thou. So to use heavy I must already have the armour & gaiters, same with BW robes tunic & BW light armour, but I only need 1 set of BW boots/gloves, to switch between sets.Hope that helps you out a bit. :)

Below B grade gloves and boots have no type but in B+ grade they can. Basically unsealing is making these gloves heavy making them part of the [heavy] set and thus completing the set to give you bonuses.
B grade is free to unseal, A grade costs AA at the bs mammon
Does anyone else think that this is a stupid system? Oh sure, you don't have to buy an extra set of boots or gloves, but the whole thing seems artificial to me.
One moment you have heavy boots for Heavy armor... the next they are soft and supple slippers for robe users.
Before the system was introduced, you got away with just havning the normal BW boots and gloves, no unsealing needed, and you could switch freely between the body pieces to get robe, light or heavy... seeing as B grade is possible to reseal, and to unseal it is actually free, it seems like a silly afterthought that just makes it annoying... A grade and above however, when the process isn't free anymore (and is it even reversible?) - it makes more sense.
Since I dont have that much more to go get into B with my main. This is what I undersood, now I'll be getting heavy as I dont see a need to get robe/light for my toon. I'm guessing that I'll only need to unseal my boots/gloves to heavy as a one time deal?

right unless you are trying to use them for multiple sets. I would suggest bw for B grade
That was very good info, thanks guys. I’m in BW now, but a friend gave me the boots and gloves unsealed so I was unsure of the process also. lol, I’m getting ready for A grade and couldn’t figure out the whole boot glove thing for the Tallum set.
