All servers will be down for maintenance at 4:15 PM CDT today, August 18. The expected downtime is approximately one hour.

Dear Mistryl - if im buying a car and its not working - so my car has to be repaired alot - I definatly get an answer from the carrepair - it's nothing else then a standard in human communication - they tell me - Hey man we are sorry for this - but we need to check the engine again or smth. like this.
Why you (Play-NC/NC-Soft) isn't telling us what's going on - even if you would lie and say smth like: Hey we have some problems with our firewall (maybe thats it- dunno), it would be a sign you care about the people who are paying for that, what you are selling.
But the way you do it, it looks pretty unpolite, if its not disobey your customers. Maybe I'm wrong and havn't seen some posts where you told us a reason for that we don't get infos on such hot topics like the servers going down.
I have seen a post where we was informed abouta shutdown of the PTS - but nothing about this downtime of the regulare servers - right?

Just curious to all those that are mad because they are not given an explanation as to why, what difference does it make? Will your life change if they give you a specific answer? What will happen to you if its not what you want to hear? Will life get beter for you if it is what you want to hear? Im just curious as to how the answer to this will affect you.
