Brand new to Lineage 2

Hey everyone in bartz :)

I recently just entered my trial code into my account to get 14-days free and of course when i can afford it ( 5 days after trial end) i will be officially a paying member. and i spend about 4 days out of the trail reading up on the forums and such and been actually playing on what i consider the worst server in the game and that server is "Gustin" so i do have some what experience in game play but a total newbie to lineage 2 it sort of was my mess around character and well i am posting cause i wanted to say this long "hi" and to hopefully gather some new friends out of this server. Im currently lv 10 and as my message board name implies the name of the character is Luneric. Please dont call me lunatic like i have gotten from people... >.< Its pronounced Lune/ric
so please call me lune for short.

anyways, getting to bigger brighter things im a human mystic who is currently on the isle.. and this game seem very interesting but i wanted to post about 5-7 questions which i know may be a bit much but its things i need to know..

1) Why arent there any MP potions in the game

2) Is there any maps to show lv zones for the monsters and quests

3) why is it when u hunt at a certain lv u get like .10% from a yellow mob. its very fustrating to me because raid times i was told was down like 18 hours ... and its tough to level nukers at that point... im too scared to try cleric due to that issue..

4) what is the real base prices for things around here cause i saw market people inflating the prices like 300% of so called ( market value)

5) is there a place that has C4 quest lists or somethign so i can do them and such when people arent around. Though i knwo u should solo sometimes i dont like to though there arent alot of people who are willing to help

6) if i purchase the code online would i still get the 1 free month to play before i pay monthly for the game.

7) I understand that alot of clans start at 40+ but i am curious if there are one's out there well known that would take a new player and help him through the game and become the best he can be.. i know its not an exact question more like looking for a good community clan but ... if its too much im not worried i'll just level to 40 as fast as i can

Thanks for reading this long post im sorry for talking so much but being new its hard not knowingmuch.. i hope to see u all soon and any other input any one has please dont be afraid to post it:) and PM me if u want too im on daily :)

Luneric
1) MP potions come in C5

2) Stratics.com is your friend

3) Cause it is called a grinding game, hunting dark red mobs with the clan at my lvl gives me 1.15% per buff round, 0.1% is fantastic lvling.

4) Depends of the item, need to give more info for that.

5) Again Stratics is your friend

6) dunno

7) Most clans only invite from 40+, but there are some that invite w/o lvl requirements

If you fail to understand and live with point 3, then Lineage II is not your game. Not trying to be harsh, but complaining about xp at lvl 10...you have no idea what it is to hunt through a lvl wall at 60, or higher for that matter.
My clan has no lvl requirements, I'll PM u and maybe we can meet up in game and sort something out :)

Orvieta is right about the grind... it can be tough at times but dont be put off. I'm a lvl 58 SE and in a duo with a good nuker I can grind 50% in a session. The toughest part is when u are about to hit a new grade and you hit a 'wall' which basically means the xp required to lvl goes up. A lot.
58 is still doable, 60 is something completely different, If you thought the 55 > 56 wall was hard, you will reconsider your opinion when you hit 60, believe me, I know I did :)
Orv is right about the grind, its something that everyone has to go through, and takes alot of time. At high levels (70+) u might be killing mobs for 15k exp and still be only getting .01 or so a kill, sometimes nothing at all. Not to discourage you however, it can actually be fun sometimes, and helps bring people together. Besides the grind however, their are alot of enjoyable aspects. You can learn how to play the market, you can do raids, you can partake in pvp (usually higher levels), you can join and clan and just hang out, and alot of other aspects that make the game enjoyable. I started playing l2 from almost the very beginning, and I had never played any game like it before. I didnt really look into it at all, and I just started playing. You will learn alot of stuff, even when you dont ask questions. Don't try to analyze every aspect of the game before you really start, just pick a path and go with it.
Best of Luck
"3) why is it when u hunt at a certain lv u get like .10% from a yellow mob. its very fustrating to me because raid times i was told was down like 18 hours ... and its tough to level nukers at that point... im too scared to try cleric due to that issue.. "

Leveling up in this game is painful.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You basically kill over and over and over again, and then kill some more - it's mind numbing.... I'm glad C5 is the last chronicle, if they ever raised the level cap again - I'd kill myself.
Last chornicle yes, doesnt mean L2 will be dead so you'll still need to grind. .10% from a yellow mob [censored] owns when you are coming from a melee class that gets .01% per kill (if that). Enjoy the game and dont try to rush through it, and stay legit if you want any respect
I'm new to L2 myself. I have played just about every mmo I know of and so far I'm impressed by this one. I only hope I am not constantly subjected to l33t pwners poser freaks as I have been assaulted by in so many other mmo's. I like to rp, that doesn't mean victorian speech. but woot, l33t, pwn, etc... is loser speak and I for one can very much do without it. Community is far more important than just about anything else in any mmo. So far, except for a few pkers who only attack noobs(too cowardly to look for a real fight), and people who are too lazy to type you instead of u, I've been very happy with the people. People is what it's all about.

people who are too lazy to type you instead of u

Gets annoying doesnt it :P
