How low will it go ;)

Well, right after the announcement that C5 will be launched in September and that A-grade recipees will be both drop and spoilable(according to PTS note) the price on A-grade armor had dropped dramastic in price.
A really good example is the DC helmet :)
for one week a go : price approx. 200kk
Yesterday : price 135-145kk
Today : price 110-120kk

So how low will it go?.... will it go below 100kk and when do you think it will hit the magic "100kk mark" :)

As it is today, you can collect a full DC Robe set for approx. 200kk
For one month ago, you had to pay almost 400-450kk
So now I acutally start believing that my SH will get his A-grade :)

.... ohhh and all the above is on the TEON server :)
this always happens... funny pricing just before and after a chronicle. Though usually the prices go up a bit and then plunge after the new chronicle is put on the servers.

Look at B grade. When it came time for me to sell it the only part I could sell for a decent price was the circlet. Everything else plummeted.
This is why I only sell gear if I know the lows and highs, because half of the time if you sell low in a month or two it's back up to 10x the cost.
hmmmm.... you got a point there, so maybe it would be a good idea to buy low now (like 100kk) and then approx. one month after C5 start sell it for 200kk ?

Is it working like that? Because I really dont know, I'v only been here from C3-C4 :)
Only some amor reciepsi s confirmed to drop, non spoil and no helmet at all, if your refering the the NA patch notes.
so does this mean that when it comes time for me to buy A grade i should sell my bw while the price is still high and hope to catch the tallum when it is low...like when C5 comes out?
Yes according to the patch note, it was all "drop" recipees.
If you compare to the Korean patch note, all the Helmet recipees are Spoil only, and therefor it was not added to the PTS patch note.

Thats just what I think.
Anyway if the helmet recipes are not dropped/spoiled for now, I think it's just a matter of time before we get it, because they already have it in Korea.
All I remember is I waited for C4 to get a DC or maj helm easier and they doubled or even tripled in price. So I'm gonna wait it out.
The C4 price hike was propably mostly due to the fact that fewer full items dropped from raidbosses in C4 - i remember we used to get lots of nice drops earlier but after C4 you mostly get parts.
Tallum helmets have already dropped about 30% on hinde. For the first time in months they're below 100m.

According to a certain market tracking website, all a-helmets have gone down in price substantially the last 2-3 weeks. It's just left to be seen what the drop rates are like and if the prices will keep falling.

I have a tallum set with no helmet I've had lying around forever, I'm hoping a-armor will go up in price now that everyone's getting it so I can sell it.
Well I hope it keeps going down, I want a DC helm ;)
Yep it's also what I'm looking for.
Yesterday the DC Helmet (unsealed) was sold for 110kk :)
Sadly I only have 100kk right now.... need to sell a few oe'ed weapons for 110kk more :)

But then it should be possible to get A-grade :)

..... side question(off topic) when my char dies, can it drop A-grade armor pieces(eg. the helmet) just as easy as it can drop Normally?
if ur wearing/ holding somethin the drop rate is much lower than if just in inventory.
Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I drop my equipped gear far more than my inventory. Yesterday I dropped my BO earring, and a couple days before that I dropped my doom helmet and doom leather right after one another.

Yes, I die a lot btw. Aoe+lag= +++SP
Same. I dropped my +3 maj helm to a raid boss, I dropped a +3 BO earring to a raid boss again WITH a raid charm on, and I dropped my (SE) bw stockings AND +3 ring of ages to regular mobs. All equipped items.
Hope the prices will go down =P Daddy needs a Majestic Circlet ><
I don't understand why people use (KK) rather then M or mil to say millions.

Only other time I've ever seen (KK) is on websites selling adena.

It just doesn't make since...why do you use it?

I'm really baffilled by this.

Thats got me too lol, ive always used M/m when selling in millions, M/m has been around since C1, dont know what/who brought in kk.
kk seems only used by USA while M the way everybody else expresses Millions...

...But of course kk is by far the easiest way to use....NOOOT
I used kk back from another game like 4+ years ago. It's was my first mmo and I just got used to that word, but now i usualy use m instead.
kk seems to be fairly recent too, I don't remember anyone using it way back when. I use m personally
I dont really care for kk at all. Not to mention one letter k means something completely different and is just more confusing to all involved

totally my point exactly.

which is why I brought it up.

Well
"k" means kilo here, which is one thousand
"kk" is just the natural followup toone million

When I think adena I always write it a, and the "k" was the natural followup for thousands, so the way of thinking just proceeded to the bigger amounts here, kk fealt "natural".
Outside lineage, however, I always use millions ect

Its a gamething I guess 8)

And just to keep this a little "on-topic" I would love to see them keep dropping. Im approaching the 61 mark and need to begin thinking about the future of my little HE :)
