Can someone help me or have a better guild to find this thing?
I circled the mine so many time i am about to die :(
The GK teleported me to the entrance and when i enter i followed it down and down and then to the Wooden cross bridge and it took me down again but for some reason i get further away from the yellow market on the quest map. Finally i reach a pool of water and then load of iron ore golem...
Am i on the right track? because first start out i saw load of succumus flying around but no queen. As i went further, there are less and less of them

You have to keep going down as far as possible. She is right at the very bottom. The only indication I can give that you are in the right place is you will reach an area with Golems (not lots either) and below that area is a open circular part. If you look up you can see what looks like a huge piece of rock hanging there with theads of rock coming off it also connected to the roof. She is directly underneath that. She has three (maybe 4) helpers but they are easy to deal with.
Yes, keep going down, it's a long long way, people have reported it taking upto 20 minutes to find the bottom. I can't say enough that you must keep going down, she really is at the bottom and although it seems like you'll never get there, you will, it really takes time.
yea it takes awhile to get down there.. then you will find her standing around with her sister's on a cliff.

There are three circular areas on the map. The Queen is in the top circular area. The 'go to the bottom' instructions refer to the left-hand circular area on the bottom. This is the area that is a big hole, with mobs at the bottom, and lots of ramps around the edge. The 'trick' is to exit from the bottom using either the south or the east exit. If you don't, you can't get to the queen. Both paths converge on some nasty aggros at what looks like a red X, but is (or was, when I was here last) five mobs.
After you get past them, you get to the next circular area. Here, you have to go up the slope, either in the tube or around it. As you come out to area #4, you need to go up the ramp again, then look for a bridge to the west. It is across this bridge that you start to see the succubii, including the queen at the end.
There are aggros along the whole way, so go slow and heal fully before moving on.
