Damascus focus will do fine, Health weapon for RB tanking from what I hear. Mage weapon with acumen is supposed to be good in PVP where you can't or don't need to catch your target, that's the great thing about SK's, **** semi-nukers with tons of defense! >.<
The dama with focus is a good weapon...I would keep the dama and get an SOM with acumen. Then when you use magic skills they hit harder, faster, and more often (curses and LS). Keep them both on you when you PvP and make macros for your skills that switch in the SOM, cast your spell, switch back to the Dama. However....you'd need a +10 dama or more to really make up the difference in damage that a DLE will give you. The difference is the added damage in PvP as well as Health...you're around longer to give out more damage.

Your Matk has zero effect on cubics.
Matk will help your LS and other spells.
If you can only afford 1 A grade weapon, DLE with health. You are a tank, in C5 your ability to take damage in pvp will be more important then your matk. Health weapon will be most useful.
With C5 coming up the reuse time has been decreased and your LS and other skills land more. I would go with Acumen because the casting speed on LS is annoyingly slow. It will also serve you better because you can leech hp faster, LS faster...your nukes are going to be strong enough with buffs and the SOM.
As a tank...even a fighter tank...your damage sucks and you're in for the long haul. You want to be able to drain more often, LS more often to make a difference. If your LS gets interrupted what good does it do you?
If you buy a magic sword for MAtk (and I'm not saying this is necessarily a good idea), get one with the Magic Power SA. With the low fighter INT you have, it will weigh more heavily than an actually upgraded weapon.
Actually Maline, SKs aren't hurting too badly in the Int department, especially if you go -men +int. This is in fact what I did with my SK in order to have my lightning strike land more often...and it works. That's just using my Dama, if I had an SOM I can guarantee it would land a lot more.
Add into that C5 is reducing the time it lasts (2 min) to 30 seconds and increasing it's land rate. Acumen is far better. It will reduce the reuse rate by quite a bit, especially with prophet buffs. It's a VERY nice way to take someone out of PvP for 30 seconds (which in PvP is a lifetime).
I've done my best to design my SK around PvP...only time will tell (or those that have devoted their lives to SKs). Only reason I don't play him so much is cause I'm too darn poor to afford A grade LOL
