Castle Lord Manor Options...

Looking for all the parts of the manor...trying to fully understand how the castle lords determine costs and such.....
I've been reading the manor part of L2.com (http://www.lineage2.com/Knowledge/manor.html)
And here is my interpritation of it focusing on the costs:

"The types of seeds that can be made, as well as the maximum amount sold, are fixed according to the manor. The max number of seeds is set buy the Manor Manager (MM)

The lord of the castle chooses the types and quantities of seeds to be sold by NPCs and chooses how much to sell to consumers. Then, the castle lord is notified by the NPC how much adena he needs to invest. Depending on how many are sold, the unit price for each seed is then decided; the unit price goes down as the quantity goes up. The seed and item compensation prices may be viewed by speaking with the particular castle's Grand Chamberlain. To me this part is a bit redundant but the main point that i get from it is that there is a price ratio. 100 seeds sell for x while 1,000 seeds sell for 1/10th x. But I'm not sure how the cost is calculated.

The manor NPC announces the sale of seeds at the consumer price at the same time that the invested amount is taken from the castle warehouse. If there is not enough money, the sale of seeds on that day is cancelled. It is not possible to sell during a siege. I take it this is where the real cost is calculated.... x seeds cost y adena.

Players can purchase seeds from the Manor Manager of their particular territory. In order to prevent hoarding, one player cannot purchase all of the seeds. As far as i know the hoarding part didn't make it into the game.

The amount earned from selling through the seed-selling NPC is brought each day to the castle warehouse, just like taxes."

In the end I come away with x seeds being produced at a cost of y (z*x [cost of a seed * the number of seeds]) then the players buy the seeds at w price. PLAYERS FARM the seeds. The MM buys the crops back for v cost.

Looking at it from the Lord's pocket...
Cost of Seeds * Number of Seeds - the seeds sold * the cost of each seed
now buying the crops...
Number of crops bought * the price of each crop
And what is left is
The matured Crop (90% of the bought crop)
Which can be used to make items.

So what can be altered by the Castle Lord?
My main objective is to find out the actual cost for each matured crop.
Thanks....and hopefully I made it make some sense.
