I was starting to think that it was just me that had this issue, especially after 100+ views of this thread and no replies.
All I want to know is whether this is a permanent change, and if so what are the new times, or whether the server hardware maintenance caused Sieghardt to throw a wobbler.
Did anyone experience this on another server?

I'll see if I can find out anything about this, but as far as I am aware, no changes have been made to the manor reset time. If anyone else on another server observed the time being off, please let me know. Thanks!
Lionna's manor reset punctually at exactly six past. I'm not sure what happened, but it would be good to see notice on these things.
That's good. Maybe it was just a glitch on Sieghardt. I'll wrestle with the alarm clock ten minutes earlier tonight and see what's what. Maybe someone chnaged the clock on Sieg? ;)
Well.. On my server, on Monday, the manor had not been emptied by the usual crew of extremely hard-working characters when I arrived quite a while before the usual reset time. Perhaps your manor had not re-set, but had also simply not been emptied from the last time.
