According th the PTS forum ther will be the following new Clan leader function:
"Clan Leadership Transfer
A clan leader may transfer their rights to other clan members. The leader must request the clan leader transfer from an NPC who is in charge of clan activities. The new clan leader will assume their new role during the next maintenance time. A clan leader transfer may be cancelled anytime prior to the maintenance time."
How shall I understand this?, is it so that the Clan Leader can "give" the Clan Leader/clan ownership to an other player?.
What if the initial Clan Leader then disband from the clan afterwords, will the clan then still exist?.
Clan Leader goes to NPC.
Clan Leader tells NPC to give Leadership to member XY.
Clan Leader can cancel this before the maintenance downtime.

Clan Leader is no longer the Clan Leader.
XY is now the real Clan Leader (noone except him [XY] and the GMs can disband or do any clan related stuff if the Clan Leader doesn't decide to give the clan members the right to do stuff)
It's like there has never been another Clan leader than XY.
My main problem with my SH as a Clan Leader is that he has really low spare SP to use to upgrade Clan level.
So now it should be possible to eg. give the clan ownership to a dwarf with spare SP, then upgrade the clan and then give the clan back to the SH :)
ohh and an other question, does it require a certain clan leve (eg. lvl 5) to be able to give the clan ownership to an other player?, or can it be done from the beginning?.
