I can't seem to find the announcement here so maybe they haven't gotten around to it.

But anyone that has looked at the PTS message section should get concerned.

They seem to think that there has not been enough testing of the higher content.

If your toon is getting new skills next chronicle, don't buy all that levels skills until the release. I, for instance, am picking up a slew of new skills (5 or 6) that have to be learned. Right now, they do not factor into total sp / lvl.

What this means is...
The total sp for my 74 skills will cost the same in C5, but you will get all the skills. If I learn all my skills now, then I will have to pay sp for the 6 new ones (and all their lower levels) costing me a greater amount of total sp. And at 74...I'm short millions of sp already :/
