From September 6 to 19, all players can take advantage of the Noblesse teleport locations, and characters under level 25 can receive special weapons for no charge from September 6 to October 3.
So for franz we will be able to have some ncie weapons to start out with. GO GO

you DO know theyre only giving away free NG weapons right?
and since there won't be any castle owners, nobody will be able to manor for quite some time.
The Nobelesse teleports are Cool (woot), but what makes them so special for a Nobelesse if everyone can use em about every 3rd event?
I've only seen non-nobelesses use the nobeless teleport when a new chronicle is released. Even then it's only for a week or two. Not that they would care. As long as they can use it, I doubt they really care who else can. :p
I'm not a nobless my self (and will not be before 2007-2008 :( ) but I'm not aming to be a nobless JUST to get nice teleports.
The teleport function is just a nice thing to have, but hardly the main reason why ppl go for nobless status.
So if I was a nobless I woulden mind if all players could use nobless teleports for a brief periode :)
Last time they gave away lowest D grade equalent weapons, so I doubt they give away NG now.
Last time (I think you mean the launching of our current Chronicle) they gave away the 160k N-grade and the 1 million D-grade weapon for free. Pretty decent weapons if I may say so. This would also give the new players a good jumpstart as they dont have to bother about buying a weapon until they have enought to buy Top D-grade.
The only drawback to those weapons: NO PK'ing allowed. Even one pk score means that you cant use them. This will cause all manners of mayham on Frans. I so am going to level a char to at least 20!
