Summons

I have recently found myself looking at summons and couldn't find anywhere that listed summons skills. Not the character's skills, but the summons itself. Is there any such list and if so where?
Right here:

Warlock
Kat the Cat - Master Recharge (Restores Master MP)
Mew the Cat - Mega Stormstrike (Windstrike at 900 range)
Kai the Cat - Damage Shield (selfbuff that reflects damage taken back)
Queen the Cat - Blessing and Gift of Queen (one raises critical rate and power, the other accuracy and patk), Cure of Queen (cures debuffs like slow, reduced attack power/speed, reduced pdef)

Elemental Summoner
Unicorn Boxer - Master Recharge
Unicorn Merrow - Mega Stormstrike
Unicorn Merrow - Hydro Screw (AoE water-based attack)
Unicorn Seraphim - Gift/Blessing of Seraphim (one reduces reuse timer on magic by ~30%, the other increases MP regeneration by 30%). Cure of Seraphim (cures paralysis, shock (stun), hold (root), silence, and sleep).

Phantom Summoner (Sorry, don't know the names)
Shadow - VR effect on all hits
Silouette - leeches HP back with a nuke
Soulless - Consumes MP continuously while summoned. Corpse burst type nuke, AoE poison spell. Everyone hates this.
Nightshade - Heals using its own HP (excellent non-strain healer, can go forever in the rift), can AoE or single-target cause hate and/or debuff. On a raid, always good to have in case a tank has an Oh [censored] moment - but only when coupled with servitor UD, because 500 PDef sure as heck can't tank no raidboss. ^^

Servitor buffs are applied to the whole party. The whole party may have only gift/blessing of one servitor at the same time, I'm not sure if queen and seraphim buffs can stand next to each other. Servitor buffs last 2 minutes. All servitor cures work on a percentage chance which increases as they level up and hits 100% only at ridiculously high enchantment rates. They affect the whole party at the same time and have a very large range - you have to try to miss someone.

I don't list necro servitors because I don't like necros. :p
I have a related question. How many beast bsps does merrow use?
One until level 56, then 2 until 74.

PS: Yes, 'tis godly.
Everyone hates the soulless mp drain. The servitor itself is fantastic and far outstips any other PS pet in usefullness in a part.
Aye, sorry about that - I still think the drain is enough of a reason for most people not to go near it, even though it is managable if you're willing to pop the shadow every few buff rounds.
Well to be clearer, Soulless rocks in parties where he isn't the tank, but solo self-buffed he just can't do it like Kai or Merrow. With an out of party dual boxed SE you can solo, but still difficult i'd imagine.
The thing is, you can't have his drain and heal him regularly. It's almost impossible. Some of the best XP i can find however is an SE duo. Slap VR 4 onto soulless and i can do TOI 5 no prob (actually that's mostly due to purify). Soulless is a great pet and most high level PS use him frequently.

I have solo'd with him but the mp load was just too intense, much more efficient to just use shadow nonstop with no hassle.
On PTS I could (in robes tho :p ) juggle my MP between souless -> soulless -> shadow OK, but yeah, you need a big mana pool to do so, it won't work in light. ;( Same as the merrow.

The merrow is a bloody MP hog.

Oh, wow. Why don't I have an ES... -That's crazy though, considering how many big boom takes.
Nobody's joking when they say WSs have nothing on ESs as boomers. :D
well to be fair the mech golem only takes like 6 ss at max lvl
big boom takes 99 sps but they did want to nerf it and nc doesnt mess around with nerfs
Thank you for breaking that down! I thought all summons where just tanks. Does the gift of queen buff stack on someone else's buffs or does it cancel?
It stacks with "normal" buffs for sure, like dances and songs do.
wow that could make someone really strong then
Actually my roommates level excusively in a trio of WC/ dagger/ warlock now. It's pretty paltry compared to dances and songs. Yeah it helps a lot but it's not some godly buff.
But it is if you have sws and/or BD in party too.

You might want to research the class in C5 before you do make an ES/PS. A lot of people are upset with the new "erase" skill for Healers/Prophets. Just giving you a heads up.

Yeah, I know, and you can see the summon's HP and all :-/
I wasn't thinking of C5 when I was fantasizng about having an ES.
For a long time I've been wanting to make a summoner of some sort, but never got around to actually making one. Maybe that's a good thing, that I didn't waste my time... :(
They're still going to be an amazingly fun PvE class in C5 - just only for neutral players in obscure levelling spots.
That's true. I'm just slightly paranoid by nature :p

I am mostly interested in the ES for PvE purposes, because AoE with the merrow sounds like so much fun :)

That's not even remotely true. Erase will not be a motive force in PVP and in sieges, the only PVP that matters, yoru level is immaterial and things work too quickly for people to care about level. We were overpowered in 1V1/ NC has fixed that. With the exception of the 30% damage reduction none of that matters in actual PVP. You are acting just like the dagger people when they got nerfed. Well know what> the nerf didn't destroy their class, far from it. Even right after they were still a very good, viable class. Summoners are too. I wish you would either level up or reroll, i think either would solve the problem.

So... servitors ignore CP in C8? :D :p
The thing about Erase is that it means one of two things - either the servitor simply does not do relevant damage over time (i.e. it's not worth using) so that the present SEs are actually trying to heal instead of hampering with people, which they are now actually good at (yes, a PvP role for SEs! The offensive defensive caster), or it will be used.

I'm not sure if you PvP only in perfect groups, but if there are two healers, especially if one of them is an SE, they have 15 seconds between GGHs waiting for the HoT and using this opportunity to actually do something interesting in PvP - namely slap on some light armour to remove themselves as a high priority target and enter the fight to the best of their capabilities (certainly not healing in C4 for an SE, and less so in C5).

I'm sorry I expect healers to play smartly, but the one SE we rolled with would have, most certainly.
