My SO got lvl 35, and Resistance To Wind is listed as one of the new skills. However, neither the Grocery Store or the Spellbook seller in the church has thw spellbook for this skill. At least not in Gludin. Where can I get it?

It's in the NPC shop. Try Giran or Dion.

Some spellbooks are also only available in the starter towns.

As a level 35 skill book, it's available in Giran, Rune, Heine and Goddard.

... yeah, I suck.
