What character (or two characters) best compliment a Gladiator? I'm not necessarily looking for which buffer, although that's a good question too, but I'm looking for if you have buffs, who works best with a Glad?

I truely think a Prophet is great with a glad. We can help deal damage with the glad (if built that way) heal him, root the mobs, sometimes sleep them & we have great melee buffs (so he would always be buffed) I level often with my Glad friend & we are a great duo.
Well, as I said, there would be a buffer around and I can choose from SE, EE or Prophet, so there's no worries there. I'm just looking for who else would be good.

Another DD, no tank needed. Mow down light red and yellow mobs with minimal healing due to killing speed (with VR3 or VR4). This is my life.
The way I've been lvling is with another Glad and BD, and we have an out of party buffer/wc.Prophet is ok but we usually pop ww2 pots. We kill white-yellow mobs for 8k-11k each mob. But, its takes 3-4 seconds at most to drop one.
