Well, i got into some money and now im able to afford some mid grade D weapons, the only thing is, after i buy it i wont be able to afford soulshots for them and i dont think ill be able to for a while. I'm sticking with my top ng weapon right now because im not sure that it's worth going with the weapon if i dont get ss with it. so, i guess the question is, should i stick with my weapon with ng ss or go d grade without ss? im a level 23 palus knight.
I agree with both, especially Dermia. For NG, D and C, nothing is better than saving up for a top grade weapon. Armor is debatable since some lower level armor sets are better overall than the top in the grade.
You don't necessarily need a top D weapon. The best D weapon you can buy in giran from NPC is good enough and cost around 1.6mil for a fighter weapon (a little more).
1.6 mil.... ****, its hard as hell to even consider getting that together. I'm running grim collector and getting about 3-5k a pop (i have about 750k right now) and getting 2k soulshots everytime i go back out to the RoD costing 16k.... sounds almost impossible. I guess i can wait till 24 when i get hate and start raiding.... if i can find some people... any other suggestions for money besides that? I've looked at the manor system but right now the guy in gludio is only buying back 3 or 4 types of seeds... and it's kind of a confusing system anyway.
youve got 750k, dont throw it away. and stop exping in that pisspoor place.
head out to Dion fields and begin on the bugbears. dont stop until 26. wont take long. if you get a healer you can afford to STOP using SS. granted it will take a bit longer, but you wont notice it as a healer usually has buffs :)
NG D and C ss/sps/bsps should just plain NOT exist.
