Manor resets at 8 PM CST. There is a maintenance period of about 5 minutes before you can buy/sell again though.
Some of the 'desirable' fruits can be sold back completely in under 3 seconds, so you need to be FAST with those. (And despite many claims of bots, it is still possible to turn those in even under those conditions...not easy, but still possible.)
NOTE: If the castle lord isn't running the manor or it runs out of cash...the manor will be not buy/sell anything.

Chilly cobols on Erica are almost impossible to get. I try turning in 50 cobols, just 50. And I turn it in the exact second it resets. No go, in less then one second it goes to exactly 0 buy back. No human could possibly get it to exactly 0 every day for weeks on end.

Are you some kind of idiot? I have several computers (PCs and Macs) all giving the same time. The are all set to update via internet. The PCs and Macs update from different sites. All my regular clocks agree to within 1 minute, including my car clock, which I set when they annouce the time on the radio.

umm.. that's cause manor resets 21 min AFTER the last time you checked... 8:06 is after 7:45. lol
I guess I didn't make it clear. When the manor resets new seeds are available for purchase. On Sunday night the new seeds became available between 6PM and 7:45PM. Therefore the manor reset early for Gludio on Erica.
NCSoft has a history of miss-timing events, such as the Seven Signs reset. Just because the manor system resets on time on your server in a specific town, doesn't make it the same for everyone.
The seed screen will refresh the quantities *BEFORE* you can buy them. Attempting to buy the seeds (or sell fruit) before the manor is "Open for business" (although the quantities have reset) will simply result in a "failed to" message.
It works a bit like those "Midnight sales" you see every so often. The product is in store, but they cannot sell to you until a certain date due to publisher agreements/restrictions. (And since the date changes at midnight, they may have a 'midnight sale' to generate interest and sales by selling as soon as [legally] possible.
*THIS* is why you cannot buy/sell seeds and fruit until a few minutes after the manor visually appears to have been reset.

I hope you know you just sound stupider now. I have a 3 characters above 40 on Erica, and on all of them I farmed the manor. So yes, I know for a fact that it resets at 8:06pm central everday on the exact second in ALL towns. Stop blaming NCSoft for something that isn't their fault and fix your **** clocks.
