Hp regen-weight

I know the speed at which a person regens degrades with the more weight they are carrying, but what are the figures?

Does a slower regen rate only hit a person when they reach 50% or is it progressive right from 0%?

Ye when the little red backpack appears , but not before.

I've found that you do regen *some* mana when you get the red suitcase - not much of course, but it's more than 0%, I'd imagine it's the same for HP. It's still really really little though.

50% when u get icon and about 100% when u have red icon
