Very, very nicely done, although I must admit, I would've thought it a light elf it it weren't for the title. The face seems soft for a dark elf.

Agree. But it's beautiful regardless of what race it's supposed to be. I'm very imprerssed.

How would you compare photoshop and corel, in your experience?

I'm not the OP, but my opinion: Painter offers much more artsy stuff (OpenCanvas is to painter as Paintshop Pro is to Photoshop), with more detailed brush settings and I believe less filter possibilities. :D

painter is more sensitive than photoshop, when is comes to painting. i use photoshop for only tweaking imgs.
