So C5 is coming around the corner and those graduating from academies will give the clan rep points. What if your clan does not have an academy then will you farm your noobs out for the rep points?
Hrm I'm also uncertain if you need an academy to earn rep points or can a level 3 clan still earn points of a member finishes a 2nd job change?
Now if you farm out the noobs for rep points then how much should you charge? If I was starting out on a new server I'd want as much adena as I can get.
I don't think it's likely that people will be farming out their noob alts for rep points. More likely is that clans will make alts and put them in their own academy, then level them together (like on raid bosses or something.) And we will probably also see some people *cough* putting their inexplicably fast leveling noobs in the academy. Do the class change quest, fill up all your spots on an account, delete the character, start over. I can see that happening.
While I have leveled alts up w/ my clan before (for festivals) and it was a lot of fun, I don't really want to do that again and I especially will not be willing to run those class change quests more than once for the academy.
Afaik killing raid bosses does not give rep points. So no need to worry about RB clans to get lvl 8 with all the skills. You also need Rep points if you want to lose them. The only thing I predict is that alt clans will be owning all the castles, and the Rep points they gain from that will be transfered via a 2-way war.

Clan quests for reputation are related to raid bosses. It's pity clan reputation quest was bugged on PTS for lvl 5 clan till the wipe (even though they anounced the fix for lvl 6 reputation quest).
We'll see a lot of reputation points gathered by those with excelent logistics.

It's appliacble to clan wars. You can lose reputation points for other things like castle owning, conquerable CH etc.

I predict we have level 6 clans in a week or less. Level 10 clans will be there in less then a month. Why? because this system seems very exploitable. And if there is one thing we are good at, then it is to find ways to exploit things.
Therefore:
In 3 months, NCSoft will come with a fix to make most exploits undoable. To late to matter much for the existing powerful clans but a problem for new clans.
