Hey guys, I used to play when Chronicle 1 came out but quit when I had no money. Now I have a good job and am interested in starting again, but I have a few questions.
First, I still have my lvl 39 Scavanger, but that character's on Kain, which seems to be a 60+ server. Would clans still want new low-level members over there, and would they help me out to lvl?
I noticed Chronicle 5 is opening with a new server, which really interests me since I can start playing from the beginning again and try a new class instead of grinding again at a lvl which no one else is at.
Is anyone going to play on the new server? I'd love to start again, but I don't know if people will switch servers or if new people are always joining. I loved Lineage 2, but no one is my level anymore :(.
BTW, if anyone remembers me, I play the character Magenta on Kain in the Fahrig Onslaught Clan (which is there, but inactive, lol)
Franz (new server) will be flooded with players at minute 1. Join it if you want a fresh start and are OK with the European time schedule, and the ping it has because it sits in Europe.
If you stick with KAIN, you can make mad money with your scav spoiling and seeding (manor system). In addition, level 5 clans will be forming academies and they will really want you since you haven't done 2nd class change yet.
Plus, there aren't many bounty hunters around, which is a great class to have in a clan. You will probably be able to find a good clan that would be willing to help you level up, so you can spoil nice A grade recipes - especially for helmets, in the future.
There will be many more BH in the future. As Important recipes will be spoilable. I expect the prices of them plummeting soon. And you really want to have BH's in your clan.
