So, I was just doing a part of my quest in Talking Island (Class Change Quest). I saw a newbie human mystic with nothing on talking to the newbie guide and asked, "Are you new here?". He said "Ohh yes!" in a very excited way. We talked for a bit, he told me that someone from WoW recommended this game for him, and that he is only lvl 2. So to give him a warm welcome, I bought him the top armour there and a nice staff too. He was VERY pleased, and I also gave him 100k too. So I told him some hunting spots, and brought him to the keltirs. He then said "Why does that guy have a red name?". I told him to hide in the water, and I went after the red. He was an elven dagger, and hit hard (turned out he said he was 40, I was 39), but a guy in Doom armour finished him up :) He dropped +3 manticore, and a Mithril dagger. A newbie Human Dagger picked up most of it, but I got gaiters :) got the gaiters.(I needed a glaive god **** it >.<") But, he might need that dagger when he hits 20, and I hope he enjoys it :) I told the other newbie to come out and grind, he was happy to be safe. I was off, and went to finish up my quest.
LOL! Saints and sinners on Lineage radio? I am curious what this is about. You have to give me an exact time to listen to this because I dont want to sit through more then 10 minutes of the dreadful music played there.Last time I listened to it some smart DJ played Alicia Keyes. You ever tried to grind to that? All I could do was hope for someone to come pk me so I would walk away from my pc. ;)
Well, right now I'm experiencing some significant lag issues that prevent me from going on the air (or doing anything in game other than running a store).
Once I get my cable company PKed, I'll be back on the air. I'm shooting for late afternoon / evening EST, but until we get more DJs, it's kinda up in the air.
I had my SE out with a noobie human archer in Elven Ruins. I ran into a player that was clearly new, buffed them, bought them a top NG weapon, gave them armor and 200k. They asked to be added to my friends list, I did. We partied twice and after a week later I didn't see them on when I was on . Logged in another week later and they had removed me from their friends list :/
You know after C5 is released the newbie towns will be packed aging with headhunters for academies. Sorry, I got side tracked. That was a very nice gesture indeed.
