Im a level 26 spoiler and I want to make the best use of my skills to level.. meaning at my level what are some of the better mobs to spoil? Is there a chart or something that says the best mobs to spoil at what level?
I searched but got 1000 threads...
Why do the bots always seem to spoil everything they attack? I seem to have a less than 50% ratio of spoiling successfully.

Is there a specific material/recipe you need? First check if a mob near your level spoils it. Nothing seem to stand out, then go to the list of mobs, and check the spoils for mobs in the level range you want. Then all you have to do is go to that mob and see if the area is workable for your level/equipment and safety. (Devils Isle is noticably a poor place to be, both party and solo because of the design of the area and the mob setup...not necessarily because the spoils are bad.)
Also, the closer you get to the next level of spoil the more likely the 'spoil' will fail to land. Once you get that level of spoil, it should land reliably again, until you start reaching the next level of spoil again. For most of your spoilers life, this will be about a 6 level range. Thus if your next level of spoil is L43, mobs that are L47 and higher will start to 'resist' your spoil. The closer the mobs level gets to 43 the harder it is to land the spoil.
Finally, *repetitive motion* chars spoil everything because those are the 'directions' they are given. It doesn't mean the spoil lands...it just means they make the attempt. (They may also be deleveled and thus have a higher level spoil to use.)
So basically what you're saying is if my next level spoil is 43 to get the most out of my spoiling, not talking about exp would be to stick to mobs more toward the 38/39/40?
The lower half of the 6 level range is where you want the spoiling to be? Also does it work both ways if im level 43 the better range of mobs to stay in would be 40-46? That would have best chance of spoiling?

Argh! Sorry, I made a typo above. I meant to say if the next level of spoil is 43 then mobs above L 37 would start to resist your spoil.
Basically you want to spoil green or white mobs. Spoil will land on light blue to blue mobs, but the chance of that mob actually 'flashing blue' and giving you something will be reduced. (Just like regular drops.) Also, mobs that are yellow or higher will tend to 'resist' your spoil and it will have difficulty landing.
For example: At L40 my BH was able to spoil L37 Road Scavengers in Death Pass along with the Basiliks and Wyrms without much problem. However, once I tried to move up to the L40 mobs (Windsus) or just a bit higher (Grandis) the spoil started to fail at an increasing rate. (Per attempt.)
At L40 my last increase to the Spoil skill had been at L36. My next increase came at L43. (Current level) On some L41/42 mobs it could take 2-3 tries on average to land my L36 spoil. Once I upgraded it at L43 spoil landed on those same mobs with 100% sucess rate again.
