Varies greatly by server. Use focus duals and BW heavy.

How on earth do you not know what duals and armor you would prefer for yourself?
ps. haste SA is better for pvp since attackspeed has a direct effect on skill usage and cooldown.

thats always been my opinion but other will argue for focus or even health :P

4% faster on skills or almost 30% damage on regular fighting hmm?

Only on non-magical skills, and its a tiny tiny increase.
Focus is way better.
