I'm very new to L2 and was wondering if there are any drastic differences between Hawkeye, Phantom Ranger, and Silver Ranger. I want to play a ranged class but am unsure which route to follow.
Besides esthetically because of the races the biggest difference is cause of STR, DEX and CON statistics.
Hawkeye = most HP and P Def in the game, slowest movement speed but most consistent and highest chances of surviving in the long run.
Phantom Ranger = Highest crits and high damage...decent critical damage output. Low HP and P def
Silver Ranger = Most self-buffs and best movement speed in the game, agile but versatile fighter.
It seems that the Hawkeye is the hardest to lvl up (although I have no problems with my girl) but that may just depend on people own thoughts. Hope it helps.
