Alright, now that Teon has been physically moved to Europe, I'm wondering. Will Franz be located in Europe too or take Teon's spot in NA?

Teon used to have a poing of 106 to me and Devianne one of 107. With Devianne being less crowded I choose that one. Now that Teon is in Germany it has a ping of 30 to me. If Franz will be placed next to Teon, I might concider to start there...

Franz will most likely be located the same place as Teon. It wouldn't make sense to put it anywhere else when they are going to be in the same country.
