Surrender Bandit's stronghold

Our clan holds bandit's stronghold, we want to surrender it so we can buy a town CH in C5. We signed up an alt clan to attack it, killed all npc's but theirs and the siege was declared as a draw and we still own the clan hall...

How can we get rid of it so thaty we can have a proper CH for C5? :confused:

that sounds like a real problem, what are the benefits of owning bandit's stronghold?

Can't you just not kill the NPCs?

I guess not, but it sounds strange to me, if you can't.

just leave it?

dosent the NPCs take it back if u dont defend?

LOL, use the "real tricky RL economics and monopoly strategies" to let it be conquered by someone else?
