Manor System?

First of all, lets just say I'm a bit fed up right now.

I've been trying to sell my Chilly Cobol seeds for the past five days now. But every time the entire buy back quota reaches zero within a matter of seconds... I do know that these seeds are quite popular, but this is outrageous. It is nearly impossible for normal players to sell their crops :(.

That's all I wanted to say. Thanks for reading :p
PS: Got a solution? Post it here :)
i was lucky and sold 2 times full red cobol and have about 7kk in enria :)

it is very simply to sell u must do the same that bots do :) I just klick all the time for 5 min every day for 2 weeks and sold 2 times before bots.
Haha, and you think I haven't tried that?
The main problem with the sell system is that it takes about 6 or so seconds before you can try to sell again, because it involves a LOT of clicking... Maybe that should be made a little easier in C5, as that would help real players a lot IMHO. :)
6s if u do it often u will make it in 3s :) u have then chance x2 :)
I sold my red cobol too last night ;) How I do it while the manor is under maintenance setup your crop sale window so all you have to do is click sale. Then speak manor manager again and keep trying to buy 1 seed as soon as you are able to buy a seed click the sale button.

The problem I'm having at the moment is the Gludio and Oren manor systems aren’t even set up! Would the manor lords please set them up.
Hmm that is a good suggestion, Hasufel!
I'll try that myself the next time its 8 pm :)
Synchronize your windows clock with the time server, use windowed mode and sell back exactly as the clock hits 20.05 (or 20.06, not sure, one of the two >.<)
Well, that's kinda handy too... But I am not sure if Manor System worked today...

I tried to sell my seeds as usual, but when the Olympiad games started, there was no message that the Manor was under maintenance. Nor could I sell my seeds in Dion. Instead, I had to revert to either Giran or Innadril. There were not any seeds for sale either! This is ridicoulous.

Am I missing something the rest of the world does know?
the farmers use an automated 3rd party program to automatically sell / buy all the fruit/seeds they want, u just have to be faster than the program...
Hello.

How many crops are you trying to sell?

For months, I kept trying to sell my few thousands of chilly cobols, all at once, with no success at all. Eventually, I decided to sell them in small "packets" (one day I sold 400 out of a total of, say, 3000. The following day I'd try with 400 more, etc). It worked very well in my case.

If you try to sell the maximum amount that the NPC is buying (or a big amount, anyway), it's very likely that you'll get the "wrong amount" message because someone has already sold some before you. In that case, you can be sure that there'll be no crops left to buy when you get into the "sell" window again :-) However it's very possible to sell small amounts before farmers can monopolize them all :-)

Of course, you also need to know, not exactly but within a margin of seconds, the time at wich the buying / selling starts everyday.

Which is? In GMT (=London) ??

Many thanx, i have had no luck with the manor system yet and all the info you have already posted is very useful.

best wishes,
Sofia
Hello.

I think it would be at 18:00 GMT, if I've made the conversion from my time zone correctly. Anyway, check for it as soon as you see the system message that announces the starting of the Olympiads - Manor will open at about the same time, just a few minutes later.

I cannot be more accurate as it's been a few weeks since I last manored anything, but I'd advice you to do the following:

Go to the manor NPC when you see the Olympiads message. The manor period should have started by then, or either be about to start. It does so with a short maintenance period in which nothing can be sold or bought. This period lasts for between three and five minutes (can´t remember how long exactly, but it does start and end at the exact same instant everyday).

What I'd do is have a clock at hand, and then keep clicking on the manor NPC to buy or sell anything. You'll get the "you can't use the manor system during maintenance" if maintenance is still on, but just keep trying. When you get a succesful transaction with the NPC (with "succesful" I mean that the NPC replies to your buy / sell request, regardless that you've been fast enough to actually buy / sell them), it'll mean that maintenance is over. So have a look at your clock, and write down the time it is :-)

With that you'll have a pretty accurate idea of when you can start selling / buying everyday. Then you'll be able to adjust it further by just trying to buy / sell in the following days.

Hope that was useful.
That was indeed useful, thanx!!!!

It's currently on 18:06 GMT, which would be 19:06 in London (the UK, together with Ireland and Portugal, is at GMT+1 right now).
Now that explains why there was nothing to buy... and I kept wondering what I did wrong. nice to know now.

A thanks to the community from a newby...
