GildranTheMighty Sep 6, 2006, 5:09 AM #4 EST is ALWAYS....ALWAYS ALWAYS ALLLLWWWAAAAAAYYYYSSSS an hour ahead of CST! If it is noon CST, then it is 1 PM EST, if it is 9:37 AM CST, then it is 10:37 AM EST.
