In some translated Korean Patch Notes i read that hate can not only affect players now, but also its effect is increased in PvE. the official patch notes only speak of the ability to change players targets tho.
My Question is: is it true that the effect of Hate / Aura of Hate have increased compared to c4? thank you :)
