C5 interface question

Hey guys, I'm sorry if this is a newbish question, but I've heard that you can get additional shortcut bars. I logged in and looked through the options and couldn't find any. Can anyone explain to me please, how do I get them to display?

In Korea, I believe they're testing this. As far as I'm aware, that wasn't implemented with our update of C5.
