I started Lineage 2 back when it first came out for several months, then quit for a bit and just started back up. I just need some advice on what to do.. cuz now I'm so lost! o_o I'm a lvl 39 Elven Elder with little monies.. where can I go to party up with people to lvl safely enough? And why does it take so long to cast sleep? o_O Thankyou for your time!
I'm a noob but I'll take a shot at the sleep question. If you ask people in the forums, "what should I make for PvP?" The vast majority of answers will be a nuker or an archer. My guess is that sleep is being nerfed to 'help' out the melees a bit more. So game balance(PvP) would be the answer.
Find a good clan or try to duo with Bounty Hunters. Maybe you can also find a Spellsinger to duo with. When you hit 44, you may want to try nuking solo in Dragon Valley. Get a Coin of Magic quest then.
The cast speed of Sleep is nerfed. You will get a substitute (Trance), but only at lvl 56.
