I have some questions about changes with C5 and skills named in the title.
The descriptions of the Judgment skill is: “… to provoke enemy to attack…”
I tried it several times but the “enemy” didn’t changed his target to me, nor attacked me nor lost target he focused before.
So what exactly does Judgment do?
Judgement is described as “…instantly decrease crit-rat…”. I tried that several times and nothing seems to change?
1. The skill worked, cause the debuff icon was shown in the buff list!
2. Generally debuffs that are in effect change the entry shown in the character status window.
But Judgment doesn’t change anything not the crit-rate entry, nor the accuracy nor the attack speed.
So does Judgment change the crit rate and it’s not shown in the character status window or is the skill maybe broken or buggy or what shall it do?
The second skill I have problems with is the Hammercrush skill of dwarfs. The skill description say it ignores shields. Are shields ignored “always” or is it just a “chance” that this skill ignore shields?
If it ignores shields always is that the reason why the power of my lvl 27 Hammercrush was changed from 443 to 123 or is it just a incorrect text message or is their maybe failure in the skill power?
To NCSoft: Would be nice if you can investigate the debuff entry topic of the judgment skill and the skill power topic of Hammercrush.
