Debuffs are weaker against the same types of elemental attacks and are slightly more resistant to elemental attacks that are opposite in nature. (i.e., Fire <-> Water, Earth<-> Wind)
Can anybody please explain what does it mean?
It is like: when a person gets debuffed with Surrender to fire, and then Sorc hits him - the damage is higher. But when the person is debuffed with Surrender to water, will the fire damage from Sorc be lower? Or does it apply only on landing debuffs - for example I debuff some Victim with Surrender to fire, then SpS tries to debuff it with Surrender to water - will the SpS have harder time to land Surrender to water?
Side questions: what are Earth attacks anyway? I heard sleep, root, para, silence - are they really? Any source or definitions what they really are?
Hint to devs: wouldn't it be possible to add information to description of every skill what element it is based on? I was surprised back then when I discovered for example Shadow spark is Dark, not FIre even though it looks like fireball ...
