Adventurer’s Guide Book ?

According to the C5 News on this website, we're supposed to get an Adventurer’s Guide Book for info on quests, raid boss, ...
I cant seem to find it in my inventory, is it something we have to buy from a NPC ?
Oh, and any info on when the new weapons will be featured on the Library section of the website so we can see them ? :p

You buy it from a grocery store in any town. From the NPC who sells consumables.

Oh ok, i'll be right on it then ! :D
Thanx !
