Low B weapon armor recipes drop rate.

I post this becouse i wonder why the low B weapon recipes have such low propability to drop. For example Kriss have 1/7290 to drop it in a mob that its not so easy to kill solo.I was hope that in C5 this will be fixed but nothing.I believe that low B rec for weapon and armors must have higher drop rate than the topB, to be more available to players who dont have the money to buy . Its low B it isnt the super weapon and i dont see any sense to this policy from NCsoft.for example the kriss rec 60%cost 9m and the BoP rec 100%cost 5m.I am sorry but this situation make me suspisious, becouse all this things puss me to buy adena for real money and i dont want to do this.
Kris is favoured because lots of healers jump on the dagger-train, pushing up the price of daggers and Kris in particular.

I agree with you remark on the drop rate though. 1/2000 would be fine, 1/7000 is not ok.

if you cant manage to kill at least 1k of mobs a day you can pretty much forget about playing l2 :P
1 rec per week is pretty good odds solo but keep in mind things like that are really meant to be hunted as a clan
I'm in agreement with the OP. Kris (60%) drops from two mobs at about 1/4K. Kris (100%) only two other mobs at 1/7K and 1/12K. This is stupidly low. No spoils, and unless you have a party of chars farmin those mobs 24/7 and deleveling you will OUTLEVEL those mobs much faster than you can "beat the odds."

In fact B grade fist weapons are in the same situation...so do they fix the completely ******ed drop/spoils? Hell no! They add the ability to 'exchange' other B weapons for Fists. To me this is the height of arrogance and ignorance. Fixing the symptom does not fix the problem.

If NC's developers don't get a clue, they are going to watch their playerbase slip away from them bit by bit as people's tolerance can only last so long. WOW may indeed to easy for those who care...but the slaptastic response from NC won't keep anyone around if something better comes out. And from the announced titles lots of studios are vying at being the 'next best thing'.
I think the fact that the kris is priced around the majority of the other b grade weapons and that usually I see recipes for sale that it is fine. If I didnt see any for sale or any recipes in town then I might note that it is a problem but obviously people are getting the recs and the drops so whats the problem.
