Only 1 char in account can get help from npc?

Hi all, is that true?
My first char can get buff magics from "newbie guide" and rent weapon from the "adventure guide" but the 2nd,3rd cant get it, is it a bug? plz reply this thread, thnx :)

its true. not a bug. after you hit 25, all the buffs go *poof* as well.

so choose your first class carefully.

its the event for all newbies.
It is anytime when a new Chronícel starts. also the Eventgatekepper. But its limited to the middle of september

There are rumors of a change on the Korean site that said the bonuses may be extended to all low-level characters. Whether this happens here or not.. who knows..

On the upside, all new toons get the gatekeeper tokens.
