Practical Answer: No, put as much in there as you wish.

Technical Answer: Yes, it is limited by the digits in the coding.

Relevant Question: Why do you wish to put ANY adena in there?

Max Clan WH Limit C5: 2.147.483.647 (Don't ask Why)
Max Clan Hall bid in C5: 2.000.000.000
Clan Hall Rent, Taxes for Functions are Taken from Clan WH
Castle Manor Money and Tax Income are Handled in a different WH
Catle Manor Crops used to be put into clan wh in c4, i did not check if this got changed in c5 yet
