If I delete all my chars on a server, wait out the 7 days and start fresh, will I recieve the benefits on the first newly created char to reach lvl 6?

No, once you have a character reach level 6 that is considered your main.

But the main would have been deleted. There fore non existant lol

Check the patch notes, doesnt every char u create get the lowbie buffs now?

I would love this. I thought this would stay forever with my first toon so on my 2nd account I kept my seed farmer at level 18 and leveled up my next char. When my 2nd char hit 25 I lost the newbie buffs on my seed farmer. That sucked.
