I would have guessed its the new A grade clan armour, but I could be wrong.

My bad they must have changed the textures in C5 though, as they armour on the front page HERE (

Any time. :) Being right is lovely.
A Baron is a rank given to any Noblesse, Leader of a level 6 clan, Knight Banneret, Royal Guard Captain in a level 7+ clan, and a member of a level 8 clan.
Anyone with a rank of "Baron" or higher can wear Apella armor.
