Server Down???

Is it just me that i can't enter the server or many others have this problem too?

From the main site:

Every Tuesday between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM CDT, all game servers are brought down for periodic maintenance.

Edit: Maybe i didn't hit the time, but i am somewhat uncompfortable with all the different times :D

It's a shame that Teon is down much longer than other servers. NC soft is not able to bring the server up in time. At least notify the players and say when it will be available.
Very bad customer management.

I'm not interested, whether today is a holiday or not. I pay NCSoft money for my account and i wanna get exact support for my money. I may play on thousands of free servers, but i chose Official server because of all game features and REAL SUPPORT.

Heh, you're funny. Un-official servers have a means to tell if a 3rd party program is running on startup; NCNA, not so much. I have continually reported bots on Teon and they ban a couple of the groups every few months, which doesn't help when there are no free rooms or mobs in the area at that moment. But many of the petitions I open are never resolved with anything more than "thank you for reporting." Even a three day ban would be nice, that way I could at least have access to the room or area for 3 days.
