IE: lvl, armor, weapon.

Maybe he's asking for an overall guide. What tattoo recommendations at different levels and gear.

I always like more dex and evasion but not sure if that's a good option for a TH.

I guess your looking for a PvE set up...get +4 str, +5 dex - con.

when you get to 77++, swich to +5dex - 5 str.

and I hope you got a PP with BtB 5, and VR3 or 4.
