I am a member of a level 5 clan on Sieghardt. On Saturday we sieged a castle and won it but we have not gotten any reputation points. Likewise, whenever we kill our enemies in a clan war, we do not get points. Our clan seems to be bugged as all the other clans we have talked to have recieved points for killing people and winning castles. This is really annoying, any help would be appreciated in fixing this problem. :(

ALT+N then "clan info"...there will be a side bar that tells you how many points your clan has.
even tho we never got the chance to take a castle, we did get plenty of points in PvP.(my PTS clan)
Maybe you have to have rep points for it to kinda activate, so your able to steal others. Also we noticed it seems like theres a level cap on the people your killing. We could just be imagining that but it seems like ppl 5-6 levels lower than you, you dont get reputation points, even though we know the clan has some. Or maybe a rep point isnt 100% guarenteed, I dono i havent done much reading up on them, just speaking on a little experience.
I'm absolutely sure we have no points. We have recieved absolutely no help from in game petetions so I have come here to ask on the boards.
Nolerahl: Yes I am familiar with the clan info tab. Clan repuation points = 0
Belophan: the people we kill do have rep points. We are just not getting rep points when we kill them.
Then I'd suggest that you try a support ticket on the boards to well support...cause I think your gaining a bug and you should seek them; see if it is so.
We're in the same boat. We got 170 rep points from an academy graduate right after c5, but then we took a castle. We got no rep from the castle or anything else afterwards.
I sent a petition in game followed up by a bug report on the support website and have still received no response from NCsoft. I don't think the people they have handling these complaints realize that this is a TIME SENSITIVE ISSUE that directly affects our ability to compete with other players. All I can say is, we better get all the points that we have earned castle, PvPs etc. This is such a load of crap.
If any other clans are having this problem please post here or in our thread in "General Technical Issues". Maybe if the problem is big enough we will get some action. This has to be a bug.
I should note that despite not getting any points for taking the castle, we are getting points for graduating academy members. 170 each for 2 graduates so far. Still no points for taking a castle though.

Yes, it says so in the clan guide, check under the library section. If in are 2-sided war, and you kill someone on the other side, you will not get points if the other clan is at zero points or less.
