Can an orc mage use the flame spell against enemy's with a white name tag?
AFAIK, the only skills you can use against a 'white' enemy are:
Stun
Drain Life/Steal Essense
I haven't tried Gloom/Aura Sink in C5 yet, so not sure if the MP drain skills now are usable against whites, but im pretty sure they weren't in C4. (So useless no one bothered with them.)
if you could use them on whites you can just freely gank anything around you thats isnt a direct treat for you, without turning red. a mage without mana is as effective as a dead fighter, if you catch my drift :p
Isnt it so that you can use all skills that do initial damage on whites?
Like Dark Elfs can use Sting on whites, while Humans/Elves cant use Bleed. SpS can use their ice dot while Sorcs cant use Decay. You catch my drift? ^^
i rather be down to 10 hp and heal myself in one of the million ways then have to sit for mana
added to that, 0 mana is not directly death. it could be if you pulloed stupid ammount of agro, but other wise you should be able to kill something fast enough when you notice your mana droppin
After looking into this....I think skills that are label with power are usable on white names and skills that labeled with effect are pink or red or siege/arena.
